Cancellation Policy

  • A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change a reserved appointment.

  Salon Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time, so the Stylist can begin your service at the reservation time selected. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full length service and will be charged for a full service cost. If you think your going to be late, please inform your Stylist. Anyone more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled by the Stylist in order to keep the Stylist running on time for their next appointment.

  • For the comfort of our guests, please keep cell phone calls to a minimum. No face time or calls using your speaker. If making a phone call or receiving a call, please hold the phone to your ear or use head phones.

Payment, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept Cash & Venmo.

  • No Credit or Debit Cards accepted.

  • No refunds will be issued on product and gift card purchases.

  • Exchanges will be offered for product returns.
